Should be the same price. I own both, and it should be obvious as to what I prefer.

Glock should be more by about $40 or $50.

Let me guess, m&p? I think I need to go and hold these three again, too bad there isn't a range around here to rent...

Yea...ranges that let you rent are few and far between.

Don't forget LE trade-in G22s, they often go for around $350. I picked up a Gen 2 for $300 a couple years ago and other than holster wear it's good as new. It had working night sights to boot!

I would not travel in Bear&Mt Lion country with 9mm!! Either a Glock 20 or a Mag Revolver, preferably a 44 mag! Save the 9mm for the suburbs, intended for 2 legged critters!

The SR9 is a fine gun once you get used to a DAO trigger. I still prefer my 92's and 1911's. but 17 is 17.....And so is 30,....,well, 30!!

Well,..my LC9 goes everywhere with me except maybe to the toilet if I'm not dressed yet. When I take the electric trike or the UTV out, my Python or my Dan Wesson 41 ride with me. Last time a local cop pulled me over it was my Pizza guy's nephew( a local PD sgt.) who wanted to show his partner what cops guns Used to look like...

I've shot both and have other Rugers BUT I went with the Glock 17 when purchasing. I got a gen4 and it comes with a few grip attachments that will change your mind on grip feel.

Fine weapon! I prefer the 19 over the 17, only cause its a little easier to carry! That gun should out live you and your children! Stay safe!!
