Default ruger .22 front sight options

I have a ruger 22/45 mark III I need something more precise for the front sight preferably not a hi viz or something that will blare out the target. And I do not want to go optics have already went there and didn't care for it.

I can't grasp what you have in mind as "more precise." What do you mean, different metal, or different shape?

Your gunsmith should be able to make up anything (within reason) that you can dream up. Pretty simple to mill off the sight blade, mill a groove into the base and fabricate whatever you want and pin it in the base.

(By different metal, I meant something like German silver or brass instead of the blued steel.)

Here is my Uberti with a German silver front sight:

Something like the factory sight but with a center line so I can line it up with the target instead of over it.

"Over it?" I use what is called a six O'clock hold, with the target perched atop my front blade.

I fail to follow your description.

I repainted my sight with glow on. I wanted something like this but more permanent.

O.K. I see what you're talking about. Simple, have you gunsmith install a gold bead or ivory bead.
