What is the difference 9mm 115grain and 124grain and which is better to shoot?

If your not talking about bullet type (FMJ or JHP) then the only difference would be the weight. As far as what shoots better, nothing can tell you that except for going out and trying each weight in your gun(s).

I own a Ruger P95. It shoots best with higher velocity rounds and WWB ammo. 147 gr American Eagles that shoot so well in my Hi Points and Kel Tec are barely combat accurate in the Ruger. The P95 prefers 124 gr Winchester Rangers, 124 gr Aguilia, 115 gr Fiocchi HP/FMJ, 115 gr Winchester HP ammo and WWB.
