They asked the waiter if they had gotten a good deal on it for an even $500 with two mags. The young waiter asked if it had laser sights to which they couple replied it did not. He broke the news to them that it wasn't a good price. The couple argued that they had in fact got the pistol down in price from $650. I felt bad for them, such a sad thing to hear of gouging like this on unsuspecting folks now but, with so many available avenues online to price compare, it amazes me how many folks get sucked into this behavior. I could tell they had a remorse on the purchase of the pistol. I only hope now they can find some 9mm ammo for it.
Time will heal it but an expensive lesson nonetheless.
Thats why azzholes are asking way too much--People are paying

sad thing is they are allowing themselves to be taken, because they didn't do some research before buying.

Was it SS n in good shape ? Case hardened trigger/hammer ? Ever since HH, the older revolvers, which were out of favor not too long ago, are now selling for a fortune.

I bought my SW 686 in 1988 for $349 NIB. Now they are selling $5-600 easy and $800 if modified.

Pythons are now like a Rolex - $1.5-2.5K easy. Got a 3" barrel - name your price.

I've got a bud who wants a nice Tgt revolver - he has sticker shock. Don't know what to tell him except if he sees a bargain, jump it - as fast as you can! . Prices keep going up -when will the bubble burst ?
