I like how it fires and recoil is fine but loading is an issue / when i insert the magazine that first round gets stuck in a slanted position and does not go in the chamber / i have to pull back and front at least twice to get it to load /. Anybody has this same problem ? Plz advise . Sr9c really

Mine loads just fine, might be a bent magazine. Does it happen with both mags or just the one. Contact ruger I'm sure they'll help.

Thanks , i'll test both mags to make sure

Haven't had any probs. with any of my SR9c mags, sounds like improper feed lip angle or clearance. Your LGS may be able to help or like weiseman said, contact Ruger.

Is it a brand new gun? What kind of ammo are you using?
The issue may resolve itself with use or be ammo based. If you are positive it is the mag contact Ruger . They should send you a replacement. DO NOT start messing with the feed lips on the mag this can lead to all sorts of issues and mag failure.

Load one less in the mag.
Insert mag and strip the first one into the chamber.
Remove the mag and top it off.
Reinsert mag.

Had similar problems w/ other pistols (various brands) when "just out of the box" or new mag. I moved the mag follower up and down an wiped inside them with a silicone cloth. I also cycled "snap caps" through a few times. No probs since. :)
