Its got a magazine safety. Huge huge huge nogo on a defensive gun.

Size of the LC9 but in 380. I have both the LCP (my normal EDC) and the LC9 (for when Im wearing bulkier clothes). I just think if you can carry the size of the LC9 you'd want the 9mm. The recoil isn't that bad at all.
I'm not bashing it. I'm just wondering what others think

I think your right. I dont see the point of it. If i want more firepower in 380 acp there are better guns like bersa thunder plus 15+1. Same size weight as a lc380.

Why not just get a better cartridge if your not reducing the size. Lcp already is slim enough for pocket carry. Lc9 covers the next size up. Then you get into the small 45acp guns. The lc380 seems pointless to me

I think so too. If I had to choose one, I'd probably just go with the LC9.

The LCP is my EDC as well - love to carry it but hate to shoot it. LC9 should eliminate the hump n bump sight issue and recoil but (I agree w Jon)the mag safety has got to go.

However, cost of 380 ammo is outrageous and 9 mm is downright reasonable. So if the weapon has to do double duty - range n CC gun - might want to consider the 9mm. I was looking hard at it but it IS larger n heavier fully loaded than LCP.

The only thing smaller n lighter than LCP is the NAA mini revolver. I knew several people who carried them in Hot weather. AZ.

(Someone makes a 9mm about the size of LCP but it's $$$.)
