If you can "see" the hammer and "touch" the hammer - how much more do you "need" before it's "exposed" in your view ?

If I can see it, I'd call it exposed but the hammer can not be cocked like the old bodyguards. Don't know why they didn't shroud the whole thing over and make it an internal hammer.
