Totally. If one starts mixing vinegar with other chemicals, sure damage can be done. If your goal is to produce lead acetate, that's a liquid more poisonous than uneducated sarcasm. By itself, vinegar is a very weak lead solvent. It is a household cleaner and only works as such.
