I consider the SP2022 to be Sig Sauer's Best bang for the buck pistol they make. I got my wife one in .40 that is also equiped with a set of Crimson Trace laser grips. I paid $424 for it with night sights.

I like it so much I found a BB gun that is a replica that comes with the hard to find small grip that works on the teal one. Them side by side, is hard to tell the real one from the BB minus the Crimson Trace grips. Take a gander. $29 bucks

I'm not a fan of polymer guns but the 2022 is on the short list that I've shot and liked. The bang:buck ratio is great on it.

But smaller than a Glock 22 bigger than a Glock 27........... Sig just make one of these and its well made. As for the trigger, in double action its a little long but in single it just right. I am also a fan of the decocker.

Now as to a Sig product aimed directly at GLOCK, their 250 models are the best comparisons
