Default Sig P239 - My EDC

This is my EDC; having tried about everything out there over a 40 year span; this baby in 9mm fits, shoots, and carries best for me. Here she is nekkid and in her Tueller Holsters IWB rig.

Man the little Sigs never stop amazing me. I've shot several and own a 938 and the things just shoot way better than I think they should. I mean...their...Their...So small!

Bottom line though is they get it done and do it well.

I've carried the P239 for over 6 years now. I carry iwb and find it just right. One of the reasons I picked it was the lack of a rail. I don't really consider the 239 a small gun. Mid size, yes and I can live very comfortably with it.

I carry the P238 every day. Most of the time I don't even know it. Great little gun. Cocked and locked with night sights.

I am looking at a 239 as well. I have a 938 which shoots great but I'm not liking the SAO. I love the DA/SA on my 226 and the 239 would keep me in that trigger.

The only firearm I have gotten rid of and regretted was a 239 in .40

I have the P239 SAS Gen 2 in 9mm. Great gun but I am now trying to trade it for the same gun in .40. May have to sell it outright and possibly lose money to get the .40. But no doubt about it, the P239 platform is awesome. It is a great all around carry option, and more accurate than I am.

This is what I carry everyday. I've had it for 14 years and really thought about selling it at one point but I just couldn't do it. I love my Sig.
