Well...Wow!
1st shot with the new Sig and plugged the hostage taker in the forehead on a double silhouette at 15yds...not marksman, but the pistol points just right! 150 rounds of rem new brass 115gr without a glitch. Very balanced and smooth. Sights are great on the Extreme as well, visibly glowing in the range bag as I opened it up...
Comparison...or not, was my wife's Sigma 9mm. She loves her gun and I am glad she does...
My 1911 will certainly take it personally if I leave her in the safe on the next trip, but I know I will not be buying as much .45 ammo as I used to!
Other mentionables:
-Walther P22 performed flawlessly, as usual, on assorted 40gr .22 longs...not sure why so many hate that little pistol...
-1st time at the range for my Heritage .22 western revolver and we were both VERY impressed with the gun. Probably the most pleasant and rewarding (accurate as hell) .22 I own. Maybe I am gaining an affinity for revolvers after all these years...
