I was just out and about today had a day off and thought I would do some hands on research.I've been all through the web and everyone is either out or low stock high in price. It seems everywhere I went today ,and I hit up five different shops ,everyone and their long lost relatives were shopping for anything they could get.Which wasn't much but I did run into a Colt Defender used for about $790.

Glad to hear that. I wasn't quite sure I had gotten a good deal or not. But now knowing how great of quality the gun is and how comfortable it feels, I concluded myself that I had made a good deal.

Try grabagun.com. They have been great to work with. I bought my shield and pps from them. Both were out of stock, but they called around to their distributors and found me both guns. This was within the last few months before all the panic buying. The 226 is a great piece...

Try Northern Firearms. Good prices and free shipping.

They are relatively competitive on gunbroker plus free shipping. But do they charge a fee for using a CC?

Then you probably don't want the 226 you should be looking for the 239.
