Anybody know of any ware with good prices on a p226? I know this is probably a bad time to be shopping for a new gun lol.

Yeah it is a bad time. I know Osage county guns on gunbroker used to have really good prices. I bought my CBT TB from them at below IOP pricing.

Humm. I figured that. I try to stay away from gun broker most of the time. Some of there prices are ridicules.

Depends on the model. Base p226 ~$800 elite ~$1000 varied about $150 up or down depending on where ya look

I got my P226 Combat w/ threaded barrel for $909 from Osage. I think they have 1 or 2 regular P226's on GB now, but I think the prices have risen due to all the panic buying.

I got mine at a gun show early this summer for $750. I think I overpaid a little but I don't regret it.

If it was new in the box, you got a deal. Cheapest I've ever seen a new 226 was $725 at a gun show last year.

I have to agree with the majority here regarding Osage County Guns. I purchased both of my SIGs from them and their prices beat the others by quite a bit. They were also willing to match a gunbroker auction prices as well, so they're fair and they want to sell. Their inventory is current as well not much old stock. I paid $650 for my P229r with SIGLite sights and SRT and $750 for my 1911 tacpac. Both are quite reasonable.

I would decide on the model you want find the lowest gunbroker price and give them a call it can't hurt and if they can't match it they will quote you a fair price.

Yea, it was nib. That was the starting price. I probably could have haggled but it was my first handgun purchase and the money was burnin my pockets lol.
