Great choice I have a 226 it's a larger 229 you will have no regrets enjoy the new while it lasts.Honestly I never get tired of shooting mine(if only more ammo was available).Welcome to the forum!

Welcome to the FTF. my P229 is at my bedside. I own a 9mm but its easy to convert it up or down in size from 22 to 40.
