Default How do you feel about a 45acp 2022?

I think this setup would sell big over here in the US but I doubt sig will ever do this. If it's anything like the other 9/40/357 2022's it would be a hard to beat bargain, reliable pistol. I think I would be forced to finally buy a 2022. Some reason I have passed on the 2022 several times for other guns but it still interest me. I will probably get one eventually but one chambered in 45 would definitely speed the process, lol

That would be a pretty good seller. Since the 2022 is Sigs bargain piece next to the 250 but I'm not a fan of the 250, I hate the trigger on it.

You know, I have so fixated on the p2022 in 9mm and .40 that the thought of a p2022 in .45acp never really occurred to me...LOL. But now that you have mentioned it I have say it would appeal to me a lot.

Yeah I'm not to fond of the trigger of the p250 as well. I think the thought process was that Americans love their revolvers so they would love that type trigger on a semi auto. The only dao trigger I want is to be on a revolver unless it was made really smooth like say the dak or lem. Still I prefer striker or da/sa type triggers. If sig does release such a beast as a 2022 in 45 acp I will probably for sure grab one. I just wonder would it have 8 or 10 round mags.

This is a very interesting thought indeed! I would have to buy my third sp2022 then.

Never thought about it before, but I'd be interested if they came out with one. I love my 9mm sp2022 and would love to try out a .45acp version.

The more I think about it a 45 2022 would be about the size of a 220 carry so it would probably hold 8 rounds. Man I'm getting all excited over nothing, it will not happen. Sig has bigger fish to fry

I disagree. It would be 8 Rds if it was a single stack but if in true 2022 form I'm thinking 10 to 12 rounds. If it was a single stack it would be like a budget 227

Ok I will go with 10, not 12 since the 40 holds that many
