Thanks B5Dan, I have actually made some modifications. I polished the feed ramp, chamber and barrel. I also added some stippling to the upper part of the back of the grip and the front of the grip. Also under the trigger guard and finger memory rest. The only other thing I am changing is a stainless steel guide rod. I really like it though. Good gun.

It's the P229 SAS Gen 1 DAK. Pretty sweet, although the DAK trigger is taking some getting used to

I really like the look of it. Not sure if I would like the DAK trigger. I love shooting all my Sig Pistols. Can not wait to get the new Sig P-224 in 9mm DA/SA when it becomes available, IF we are still able to get weapons with all the BS going on with Congress and them trying to re-introduce the "Assualt Weapons Ban"

It's going to be bad, but I truly don't believe that they are ready to completely scrap the Second Amendment just yet. Not for lack of trying, but...
Anyway, are you at all familiar with the DAK trigger? It has two reset points. The first one is a little on the heavy side, but it has zero creep and breaks like crystal. Very nice. Like I say, great system, just takes some getting used to
