I agree. The more space you have, the more stuff you have to buy to fill it. Then you have to clean it all. I'm just glad that we have plenty of room for friends and family to visit...not that it happens often.
We got a reasonable deal on it though so that's why we bought it. It was also partially furnished so that helped with the sale. Plus, it's on the lake and that's all it took!
