I had something happen like that. I was hanging around with some buds when some drunky pulled an 870 on me calling me Osama BinLaden. I was just about to go for my piece when he racked it like ten times and no shells came out. I was scared as hell for a moment.

Happened to me cause they were talkin **** to a friend out the window of their house and so my buddy threw a pack of black cat fire crackers at their window.

And the kid had thought I did it so boom next day walking into my house with my fiance' all ah sudden I was looking down the barrel of a rifle.

But now my glock 20 walks me wherever I go so he's gonna be pissed if he ever does it again when he finds out they didn't stop making guns after they made his.

Boy, Carrying that glock is a good idea. I carry a 19 if I have a jacket on.

Kinda sucks I can't even walk around my own yard without being armed though.

One of my neighbors sons is a multi felon rapist another is a crackhead and the third I though was a good kid but a bunch of unmarked leos came and picked him up too a couple weeks ago :/

Boy some rough people. Around my parts we just have rednecks, blue collar guys, and WWII vets. I'm not complaining. So all of those"individuals" are brothers?

I have a back belt the VA issued us. These back belts have a pocket in the middle of the back portion that has a rubber pad. I found that I can take out the rubber pad and fit my pistol in that and wear it with the pistol on my stomach. It dosen't bother me in that I sleep on my back and side so the gun is never between me and the mattress. Its right there in a nano second.

I live in a nice safe place with kids playing and yes I keep my guns close by just in case someone tries to change that.

I have a gun on me around the clock. When I got out of the service I got my degree in criminal justice and went to work in the field briefly. That experience and what I am seeing now even more so is why I have a gun in hand at all times.
