So, how's the new law working out? I'd hope that most of the people getting permits are properly informed about their rights and responsibilities. Also, if they passed a background check, most of them should be pretty reasonable in their approach to carryng for personal protection. I expect there may be a few who make fools of themselves, but not many. ???
