That leaves Illinois as the only no carry at all state. When will they get a clue? Unfortunately, it is also the state I spend the most time in outside of Iowa.

I doubt IL will get it as long as Pat Quinn is Governor. He's vowed to veto any conceal carry/open carry bill that lands on his desk.

that cuz quinn is for getting as many of the citizens of illinois raped robbed and murdered as possible
