I used to smoke, which means more items in the pockets. I gave that up.

Gun on right hip, phone has moved to left pocket. Keys hang from my watch pocket.

I carry appendix(12:30) position. Keys and wallet in the front right pocket, knife clipped to the front right pocket. Cigarettes and Zippo in my front left pocket. Phone goes in either rear pocket, and spare mag is on my left side clipped to my belt(7-8 position).
I too carried my phone on the right side of my belt before I got my CHL(16 years ago). I moved it to my left side, and carried there for years. The recently I got a new phone which is the biggest I have ever had(Samsung Galaxie S III) and it just didnt work on my belt at all. So now I am getting used to it in a rear pocket. Try different carry methods for your phone, you will find something you can live with, and in a few months it will be no big deal.

Recently changed my arrangement. My wallet is my cell phone case. So...

Cell phone and wallet in front left
Carry piece front right
Knife rear left
Keys rear right

If I have a jacket on the keys go there instead.
