My preference is the EAA Witness Elite, A long Slide in the class of the 1911, I carry cocked and locked with Winchester Hollow Point Ammo of te Factory version so as not to have a problem with ballistics in the event of a Shooting, I will shoot to kill, not wound, and you will notice my Signiture, it pretty much says it all.

I can convert my weapon from 40 S&W to 10mm Auto, to 45 ACP, all on the same frame which gives me the choice of power, range, and knockdown.

AMT Backup S/A in .380. Apparently it's one of the "good" ones that they made because I see very few good reviews, but the only problem (1% misfeed rate) I've had was fixed by polishing the feed ramp.

I carry a 1911 Colt with Winchester's 9 x 23 Silvertips as my primary and an old S&W light weight 4043 in 40 S&W loaded with 150 grain jhp when in summer clothes.

Without a shadow of a doubt the best pistol I ever had, carried owned and regret no longer having was an HK P7PSP (2nd. model), closely followed by an HK P7 M8, I shot the M13 in Police Combat Competition in Europe but didn't like it so well. To shoot a P7 well and understand it in my opinion you have to shoot it to the almost exclusion of everything else, the accurancy and it's point shooting abilities are truely outstandling..

When handguns where banned in the UK I sold them all to prevent the goverment destroying them.......I am now happy enough with a Brno CZ75B which I find a good all rounder, I don't care too much for the clones, they are just not the same quality..................

In the summer, FEG PMK .380 w/95gr. Speer GDHP in a DeSantis #75 PPK holster. Replica of a PPK, shoots 3" groups at 25 yds, lightweight and never jams.

In the winter, Beretta 8040 w/180gr Fed. HydraShoks. Heavy gun, but a good sense of security!
