Exactly what I carry. I love it. Super easy to conceal and never a glitch.

I carried a Glock 17 for years, but was beaver happy about the trigger safety, changed to a firestar for a few years, nice pistol but very heavy for its size, now I swap between my Beretta 92FS and the M9A1, both essentially the same weapon with the exception of the rail on the A1, also have a Glock 19 for the warmer weather. Was asked when working on a course for the local police why I carried a big heavy pistol instead of the Glock, I replied that if it all went wrong and I ran dry I could beat the f****r to death with it.

Cool-cold weather, Sig P229 .40
Warm-hot weather, Sig P232 .380

But since the 229 hides so easily with a King Tuck IWB holster, I may just carry the .40 year round.

Even with big hands, the 232 "fits" very well.

I was kind of wondering what "Beaver happy" was, but ... of course I DO know what that is.

I just don't post about it!

OK I'm an idiot - I just realized "Beaver Happy" LMAO. Showed it to my wife who knew in a second and is in the kitchen right now still laughing at me. I've been carrying a Kel-Tec 11. It wears nice, I can carry with an extended S&W magazine for 15 rounds with comfort and with all of that, I hate that damn thing. It is the most painful pistol I have ever shot in my life. The 14 pound pull and 9mm on such a light frame makes for great CCW but it's almost impossible to get use to at the range due to the difficulty in shooting for a length of time. So, I've just purchased a Glock 22 40 cal. This is the pistol I've always wanted and have finally saved enough money to purchase one. I was able to find a brand new Gen 3 and it should be here in a week. I'm so happy that I've already purchase the paddle holster and 200 rounds of law enforcement ammo from a friend. So as of next week. Glock 22 40 cal.

I either carry a 9mm Makarov in a shoulder holster, or a .22 LR hollow point 5 shot North American Arms mini revolver, in a Police leather hand cuff case on my belt that looks like a cell phone case. Black flap over cover, total concealment. No one ever mentions it. Easy access, comfortable, and $5 used at the gun shop.
