Hey! Don't forget the +1 in the chamber!!! (Wouldn't want someone to say you aren't dealing with a full deck!!! hehe) Mine is also XDm 9mm Compact, but the only time I have two 19 rounders on me as spares is during IDPA matches.

I wear one with a G30 or G27 on duty.

Wear another when I work out with a variety of weapons. Pretty comfy!!

My new ( about 3 months ) favorite CC is a 6906 S&W 12+1 SS and 2# lighter than my duty 5906 - - - will accept the 5906 mags I must say it takess a lot to change me - - - I carried a Model 60 "Chief's Special for about 40 years, then a BodyGuard 380 for about 3 years but I feel this 6906 is the best CCW for me.

I carry in a Concealed Comfort ( $20.00 ) holster I sell in the classifieds above. I keep 2 holsters and run one thru the washer every week and air dry, all Cotton so you don't sweat like I did with leather and the composite ones. With a 15 degree cant to the holster it stays right under my left arm and does not print. You can carry 2 spare mags under your right arm if you want to and spare cash or credit cards in the rear. PM me and I will provide pictures if you want.

First time out I fired a 12 round rapid fire off hand at 10 yards and 11 rounds could be covered with a nickle but it took a quarter to cover all 12.

These are all over 15 years old as S&W stopped production but CDNN Sports Inc has several very good ones at this time around $400.00 with shipping and the transfer fee your LGS will charge.

I'm going to try to post pictures - - - All I have is an old flip phone so they might not be real clear.

First picture is the 3 firearms I have caried concealed for decades, Model 60 SS Chief's Special for about 35 to 40 years, BodyGuard 380 for about 3 years, and the Modeo 6906 that has been for the last few months.

It is 2# lighter than the 5906 but still very accurate and 12+1 fires single / double action.

Second picture shows the 6906 is about an inch shorter in both length and height than the 5906 and the frame is a light weight alloy although the barrel and slide are still SS

Third picture is of the 1911 that my father carried in North Africa in WWII and a cheap 22 cal that is fun to shoot.

Fourth picture is about 1/2 of the handguns but I have to go to work and that is all I can fit on the table right now.

Last picture is the 6906 in a Concealed Comfort holster that is about a year old

Very comfortable - - - I carried it for decades - - - but 5 shots before a reload.

I like SS as I don't feel I devote the time I should to cleaning and they are very forgiving - - - I always clean after each firing but they might go a month or more in CC without firing or cleaning.

I was reluctant to try the 6906 in a Concealed Comfort holster as I thought it would be to heavy and print - - - I'm glad I tried it as it carries well and does not print!
