CZ SP-01 Phantom 9mm, in a High Noon Down Under holster with a High Noon Rock Steady gun belt. Works great under an oversized t-shirt, even in AZ summer heat. High Noon makes excellent leather for all occasions.

High Noon Down Under.

Make sure you have a good belt, especially with a full size auto.

That's a nice holster. I use the crossbreed.

I carry my SA1911A1 Mil-Spec 5" in a Blackhawk Serpa CQC paddle with a Fobus dual mag paddle. I do want to eventually get a compact in 9mm or .40 or .45.

Ok, since this is the "What weapon do you conceal" thread, I gotta question.

I am of a bit of the rotund persuasion; in other words, I'm packing about 30 pounds more than I should. My question is, how much of a problem is an IWB holster compared to an OWB? I just think, never having used one, that an IWB would wind up being really pinched in the side, hard to get to the grips and such.

Any and all thoughts, suggestions(other than losing said 30lbs), opinions will be appreciated.

I'm 6' 250lbs. You might say I'm a big boy. I carry IWB anywhere from 3-6:00 with no problems what so ever. I'm sure a lot has to do with the style holster you choose. A good "tuck" style holster should work fine for you. The only position I could possibly see problems carrying in would be 12:00. But then again, who's trying to carry a gun in their 12:00...not a lot of us I'm sure. I carry my .40 in a Galco King Tuk. IMHO...it's one the best holsters on the market.
