You can carry a full-size pistol if thats what want---it will be big, heavy, and uncomfortable---especially when you sit or drive. Why? Todays crop of smaller pistols are excellent and all-together eaiser to conceal---use the proper tool for the job!

I carry a full size Glock everyday. I soon will be carrying a full size 1911. I can shoot my full size firearm better than any small frame ive shot. So thats what I feel comfortable with shooting and thats what I depend on to save my childrens lives and my wifes.

Me too, I carry a full size 1911 RIA with not a lot of trouble. I'm not a big guy either, I'm 6' tall and about 175 lbs.

My EDC in cooler weather is an XD-40 service tucked in an IWB CrossBreed SuperTuck Deluxe holster.

Summer time it's usually an LCP in an Uncle Mike's pocket holster.

I agree about shooting a full size gun better.

I carry a s&w sigma 9mm
I consider it full size
4" barrel 16+1
I carry an uncle mikes $10 IWB
Also sometimes I will use my serpa cqc ( paddle or belt loop )
I also have a condor molle closed top single m4 mag pouch that works great on my belt.
The wide m4 pouch works well and accepts lights or lasers.

Yep...

Lots of holsters and options but for a full sized service pistols, a bulky jacket is a necessity.
