I can get away with my full size Glock 17 with an IWB holster under a loose fitting camp shirt (I am a big guy however). Under a heavy sweatshirt or jacket it's even easier. Dark colors and patterns also help hide printing.

I carry an XDM 9 with a 4.5" barrel IWB under an untucked polo shirt.

I carry a Ruger P95 IWB at six o'clock. It gives me little problems when driving locally. When driving long distances I just put it on the seat. I lock it in my tool box when I get out of the truck at a place where I can't carry. For my Blackhawk I carry it IWB at one o'clock angling towards twelve o'clock. I don't use a holster for the Blackhawk. I only carry the Blackhawk in situations where the chances of combat are highly escalated.

If you're interested in All-American made, you might think about Cleveland Holsters.

Colt Gov. 1911. Carried at 3:30 . IWB by White Hat Holster.
A loose tee shirt covers just fine. Wear it all day. In the car, at the range, any place.
