Last week someone cut the lock on our gate to our yard and shop at work and stolen 24 heavy truck batteries out of 12 of our road tractors, mine included. Some days I leave pickup truck there over night and drive my semi home. The day after the break in I took my pistol home with me in the semi as I wasn't going to leave it in my pickup to get stolen. It's against company policy to have a firearm in company trucks but I don't care in this situation.

well I got a call from the boss today he said that the other Guy told him I was carrying and that the other Guy had some felonies and wasnt allowed to have guns around him
Wrong. He is not allowed to be in possession of a gun. If it is on your person he is not in possession.

sounds like a problem for the other guy, not you. If you aren't breaking the Company's rules I wouldn't do anything ... except not have the other employee around
