Why question another replied question of a question with a question? For then, who is to say, what is the question?

If no question exists hence the original was rhetorical, then why question a question that is not?

I kinda like this.

I don't know Hoss, he seems alright, but does he have the knowledge? Who knows how much knowledge one has? Who is knowledgable enough to judge how knowledgable another is? Is knowledge relative to those who lack knowledge? Who knows? I'll tell you who knows, those that are knowledgable.

Texas liquor laws only apply to open container and DUI.

long as the original seals are in place untampered with your good to go. in texas a alcoholic container is considered open container violation if seals and packaging are disturbed. for example if you have a 12 pack that has been opened and there are 11 beers inside the pack unopened its a violation if the officer wants to be a d@ck about it.

whether you got a gun or not is irrelevant. if you are intoxicated and driving in texas you got bigger issues than the presence of a firearm if your stopped. driving around with alcohol or empty containers is just asking for trouble.

Texas does not have any rule about concealed carry in the presense of alcohol unless the alcohol is inside YOU and at an excessive level.
