This is kinda like who came first the egg or the chicken. I look at it as which is the wrong carry gun for each situation.
#1..the one that stays in the night stand at home
#2..the wrong bore size for the weather conditions (.32 or .380 in heavy winter weather)
#3..the wrong bore size (.50 cal for a 115lb person )
#4..too big to conceal/to small to get a good purchase on the grip
#5..unreliable/new never shot/never shot with carry ammo
#6..round count for the conditions expected
#7..penetration/too little or too much (never want to hit a bystander behind the BG)
#8..one that I am not confident carrying
#9..cheap, cheap, cheap, as in low quality ( I love my baby daddy )
#10..unmaintained, a dirty weapon is just asking for trouble (I even clean my Glock every week/or after every trip to the range )
I feel that the weapon of choice (Top 10 ) is the one that fits your personal needs the best, with everything being accounted for as to what you need for personal protection.
I would like others to love the guns that I have in my safe as their top 10 carry weapons, but guns are pretty simple for the most part, the human factor is what complicates things, what is good for me may not be an option for you.
