Took my CCL class today.
I took my CCL class today and passed.
Now I have one more step and I will be all set.
I am so excited. I took the shooting portion of the class with my Ruger P345. I thought I would share my target.

I was nervous. I don't know were 5 went, but only needed to hit it 21 times. Be Nice.

I think she did a good job. I was very proud. Have to wait until Thursday, that is the only day the Sheriff's Office does Conceal Carry License processing. I don't get it, but that is the way it is.

So are you saying that you took both the written and range portions and now you go on Thursday to pick up the permit?

Yeah, Thursday, she has to go get Fingerprinted and pay the State their money and then wait for the Permit to come in the mail, once the final approval is giving by the State. Bureaucratic Bull Malarkey.

Well done RSG!! That is good shooting for being nervous and under pressure to perform. I don't know about in N.C., but around these parts, that target represents a dead bad guy all day long, which is the ultimate reason for Concealed Carry in the first place.
I know that you will make us all proud with your responsibilty and your dedication to doing it right.
Congrats Gal!!
