I think one should be allowed to defend themselves by any means without repercussions. I have a pregnant gf to defend but i also have a child to raise
The prego girl would be more than enough for you to be clear. No DA would pursue because they know they would just be wasting tax payer money.

Damn, well see ever since ive gotten my first firearm shes never felt comfortable about them. Ive shown her how to shoot and she actually did really good. So in a way im glad this happen because over all the yelling and mishap i heard her say softly "i wish you had your gun". Ill never forget that and feel this has changed the rules of my household.

I've always been a "racial person" but I won't play this game here.

And that's how you answer without answering, I should've been a politician.

There are Whataburger's in FL too. Pretty good if you're drunk or you find one where the employees give a crap. Decent burger, great fries.

Glad you and momma are safe. But lesson taught better than lesson brought. Carry always. When its legal. And he who calls 911 first wins.

Default You didn't lose the battle, but you won the war!

Sig, today you made the right choice. You chose to live to fight another day. Gf, child, etc. As gun owners, we need to be men and women of reason. A firearm is a tool, like a hammer or screwdriver. In good hands it does good work and in bad hands it does evil work. Unless you are FORCED to defend lives with a weapon your best defense is always retreat to safety. You can be proud of the decision you made. sounds to me like you have the basis of sound decision making to be a good father. Congrats!
