For anyone that is curious,my mother tried to overpower and take the car keys out of my hand when I was 17,so I pushed her off of me,not knowing my strength,and she happened to trip,so she called the police out of anger,and I somehow got charged with "spousal abuse"but the charges were dropped.

Things that have happened in my life have made me a better man,and the things that took place in my home taught me lessons about life,and I would not change them,I have never hit a woman,and maybe some of the reason why is because of the lessons taught through that experience.I was wrong,I paid a year worth of probabtion for it,and I am man enough to admit those things right now.I highly doubt you are perfect,but your attitude tword others will not gain you respect in life,or from anyone,Not in my world.

Ninjatoth, I think the best advice that was given to you was to find a lawyer. No one here (that I'm aware of) is legally qualified to give you that advice, and you should take every bit of information posted here with a grain of salt and proper research.

I have so many different things I can say on this subject but I will get banned for most of them....
