Default Supreme Court - McDonald vs. City of Chicago

In the news today is a somewhat important decision that came out of the Court this morning at about 10AM.

The ramifications of, and the changes that will follow, are bound to be both interesting and entertaining. Of note is the 2nd Amendment itself was not the primary issue. Rather instead it all revolved around whether or not the 14th Amendment imposed the Second Amendment onto the States. Note also two dissenting Judges opinions that there does not exist a Constitutional Right to Self Protection, as well as the distinction between Liberty Rights vs. Property Rights.

You can get and read the decision for yourself at

Yea, it's all over the forum. A near miss to our "God Given" right to self defense!

Noting (as above) that at least one dissenting Justice made it plain he can't find, or find anything to infer, any 'right to self-defense' in the Constitution. Presumably not in the Declaration of Independence either. How did that guy get confirmed?

The two that dissented are Stevens and Bryer both left wing scum that should both be lined up against a wall and shot along with their Socialist trash that have worked so hard to destroy this Nation for decades now .

These same two piece of trash will while on one hand go on and on about how any form of decency has no protection according to their reading of the Constitution will in the same breath go on forever how it "the Constitution" speaks to them so clearly on protection of degenerates , perverts and all of the same perverted Homo , murderous , child molesting , Raping and killing scum that helps pave the road to the destruction of any and all things decent that this Nation was founded to protect and promote .

This is and always was an all out war of us against them that should have been waged generations ago but instead those in power were caught up in gaining more power and sold the average man on the pursuit of acquiring "Things" rather than paying attention to the gradual Rot that this trash was promoting with pornography and drugs .

A lot of you have some very good points about what happened in Chicago.

Yet stop and think who put these people in office? The someone's who keep them there. The politicians are not worried about there safety or of there families they have bodyguards and thousand dollar security systems for there houses. When waste last time one of the had to go to buy there own grocery's or take there kids to a soccer game that was not at a private school?

Safety they are not worried about it. Not like the common people they seem to walk all over and try to keep down. It is time to change things for the better. Elect the people who are going to worry about our own safety. That is why I give thanks everyday for living in a state like Az.

Amen. Praise God and pass the ammunition!
