I carry a service XD9 at 12:30 in an Uncle Mike's IWB clip on, and an AMT .380 Backup either at 4:00 in a Bianchi thumbreak leather holster or in my right front pocket. The doctor just let me out of my other holster....
The foam block under the sling is housed in a fabric pouch, and with an Exacto-knife can be made into quite a handy holster.

I carry a 1911 in .45 ACP on my right hip in a Fobus paddle holster. I used to carry in a belt clip holster but upgraded to the Fobus paddle because of comfort. The paddle is far more comfortable than a belt clip.
