I do.
It's called Appendix IWB. It is incredibly concealable, fast to get out, and very defendable in almost all situations.

It takes some adjustment of where the holster sits.
I tend to sit pretty well with it.

I know the weather is closing in up North but down here if you see a guy with a fanny pack AND he has his wallet in his back pocket, he's packing! (And he probably has a gun in his fanny pack too!)
