Actually the gunsmith I took it to said that the cylinder didnt lock up like it should, and that caused the bullet to slow down and get stuck in the barrel.

The title of this thread says it all. So many choices. And so many good choices, the majority of choices out there are fine firearms. There are a few I would touch with a ten foot pole, like a Jennings. It is even so hard for me to pick a favorite from just the limited amount I own. If I had to pick just one right now it would be my Rock Island 9mm tactical, but even at that it is partly that it was a gift from wife and kids. With weather and work I haven't even had a chance yet to fire my last three I've got.

I just went through the process for a new CC pistol. It boiled down to the Beretta NANO, SW Shield (if you can find one), Bersa Thunder .380, Ruger LC9, Walther PPS, SIG P238 and P938 or waiting for the new XDS 9mm.

In the end, I decided I wanted small so I picked the P238. But any of these choices are good ones.

I really debated the Beretta PX4 but went with the Glock due to ease to clean and such. However I loved the Beretta's short barrel I'm sure I would have felt differently after firing it another reason I went with the Glock since I have shot them before and like it.
