Probably will be popular with riverboat gamblers.

It would be illegal to have it in plain sight if the person carrying it is in a state the bans open carry.

Nah, they'll just start banning smartphones that are in plain public sight

Then, when the air gets too dangerous to breathe, they'll ban that too.

In my state any pistol that is not clearly recognized as a pistol is considered concealed and not open carried, but I live in an open carry state anyways so we are good either way with carrying a really stupid gun.

And these toys would cause present day liberals to have a conniption fit. I think the inventor of the cell phone pistol was influenced by the Mattel "Snap Shot"- a camera that unfolded to become a cap pistol.

I could definitely roll with that. What's with people answering their cell

phone in your house, and carrying on a conversation, like they are

in their office?

BTW, am I the only one who's noticed "Smart Phones" are pretty much

good at ANYTHING BUT making a phone call?

Sooo, I feel like this is like the Borg thing.

When the Borg do it to people, it's considered the most

terrifying, horrible thing known to man. But people cram

a Bluetooth in their ear, have all sorts of piercing done, and

tattoos for which they pay a small fortune, and THAT's OK.

NOW, you wouldn't want to answer the phone if somebody put a

gun to your head and said "answer the phone".

BUT NOW, you are going to spend thousands of dollars, SO YOU

CAN PUT A LOADED GUN TO YOUR OWN HEAD, EVERY TIME YOU

ANSWER YOUR OWN PHONE?

DAAAAAHHHHH! DAAAAHHHHH!

"OH wait a minute, my gun is ringing..."

LoL, I had one of those. Strange how all the other kids knew what it was as soon as they saw it. Guess they saw the TV ads for it.

As soon as they actually start making them ATF will simply find it an 'any other device.' and that will be that. Pen guns, cane guns, cell phone guns (not a new idea btw, in the days of flip phones a Hong Kong firm made a single shot 22 that looked like a Motorola flip phone if you didn't really look at it), camera guns (again an old 1950s idea (possibly resurfaced when Bobby K was shot)), knife guns (dates to the days of flint locks) etc, they all require ATF approval and registration and a shooter's goal is less paperwork not more.
