Check out Remora holsters. They don't use clips so you need to wear pants that actually fit or wear a belt. I carry my P938 in one daily and it's really comfortable.

I'm going to have to try one. Does it stay put fairly well? The clips on my holster poke my hips...

The Remora holsters are great, they stay put and are very skin friendly. I use one on occasion for my Ultra CDP II 1911 and it is comfortable and well concealed. My wife uses one daily for her 380 unless she is wearing a dress, but it works well with skirts and slacks.

They have several different styles and offer a body/slide shield, I may pick up one of these for my 1911 just to keep it off of my skin.

Yeah I have seen them twist off. The Blackhawk uses thicker plastic. BTW, the paddle is supposed to go inside the waistband not just over the belt.

I carry the Sig P238 in the Barsony #4 on a 5.11 Tactical belt.

I was looking at their website, looks like they have a thigh strap, she could try that for when she wears dresses.

Here is mine. Blade-Tech Eclipse with the belt loop IWB conversion. The belt is a 5.11 TDU 1.5" web belt. I also use a Glock single mag holder.
That is a Glock model G22.

The girls are working on a thigh rig that is sewn onto a pair of yoga shorts to wear under their dresses. They are trying to make it pretty as well as functional. The biggest problem is getting them together long enough to actually work on it.
