I thought there was a poll on this here somewhere, but I can't find it now.

Oh yeah, I have an auto.

I carry both. Depends on the situation I live in a rural area if I'm in the woods (black bear country), I carry either a 6 inch 686 or 629. For ccw have have 2 autos a Glock27 or colt commander, occasionally I'll carry an airweight s&w 642 j frame in the hot summer months.

My main carry is a springfield xdm compact 45acp either 9+1 or 13+1 depending on how much i care about being discrete.

I also carry a colt new agent for certain situations and sometimes a bersa thunder if the need for discrete is even higher. Wont go into that detail as opsec is in effect. Sometimes being discrete is a wiser option.

My current EDC is a S&W M&P, I also carry a 1911 on occasion and a Kel-Tec P3AT for a backup. I don't own a revolver yet but I'm working on that.

Sounds like most folks like the semi auto. That is the direction I was leaning as well. I like the idea of "needing" another gun though...

It depends. Sometimes I'll carry my DW CCO, other times I'll stick my Charter Arms undercover in a pocket.
Whatever works.

I switch off between a XD subcompact and a snubnose .357 magnum depending on my mood.

Both

Either a Kahr PM 9 or 4" 1911 depending on the season PLUS my Ruger SP101 .357 "truck gun" because it awful hard to draw a pistol holstered strong side while seated in a vehicle.

Tack
