In addition, one of the best parts to KRS 65.870 was added last year. If a local government does pass an ordinance that goes outside of what is actually allowed, it states that an injunction can be placed on the unlawful ordinance and attorney fees are to be paid for by the local government. There have been a handful of lawsuits already placed in this state.

same thing happened in south carolina small town passes law banning ccw in total vilation of state law. was over turned shourly later this happens alot
