Does the kitchen staff get tips? If not, that could be a big difference in $

Nor do they have to deliver $40.00 worth of Pizzas to the hood at 11:30 on Saturday evening. That delivery job has to be more dangerous than North Sea Fishing, but the good thing is, it pays minimum wage.

I was referring to him getting demoted, thus getting less $ by not getting tips.
