C3 hit the nail on the head. Unless your dealing with elderly or infirm people, ANYONE can rack the slide on ANY auto pistol.

It's simply a matter of training and proper gun handling.

Let her try a bunch, find what she's comfortable with, and see that she's trained to both handle it and store it safely.
