Well Gork I am in college and a criminal justice major, the supreme court stated that federal enclaves can't ban outright ownership of firearms, but states are a different story as they aren't federal property. Luckily for us firearms laws as a whole are getting more lenient and not more strict.

I think Illinois would stand a chance at a CCW law passing if they made Cook County into it's own state.
