I've seen some 1911's in your price range.

Take a look at the RIA or the Girsan
(and get them with as much upgrades that you can afford).

I owned one for a while and first thing I did was grip extension and Trigger shoe. It will make the heavy pull feel alot easier by widening the trigger to a little smaller than the trigger guard.

For 400 you can get an amazing quality used gun. I strongly suggest you look at Sarco Inc... They provide used 1911 type guns with all new Springs and major functioning parts as week as refinish upon request. Super quality place

Ok is that a common in gun shops in tn and if they having any guns cause most the gun shops around here are almost out of guns and they have no pistol ammo

If you are willing to drive a little way I'd be willing to take you to my local gun shops that are all restocked for the most part. Their ammo is still a but pricey though. I'm in north ga about an hour from the tn line
