if you choose to cause a disturbance the business can have you removed by the police. ask a cop to remove a man because he is black see how it goes.

the reason gun owners are banned is because we let them do it and knuckle under. i dont believe its ever been challenged. ccw types tend to be law abiding sorts (me included) and so we prefer to just leave if asked or follow a personal policy of dont ask dont tell when it comes to carry. the issue never really comes up and if it does we just pay our fines and move on. thats what we do. its not in our nature to fight it out in court and just man-up and take the consequences if we decide to ignore a sign. or just respect the sign and dont patronize the place.

we dont burn buildings down take dumps on cop cars and hold drum circles in the state capitol just cuz something doesnt go our way like liberls do.
I agree with the race part of refusal as that's in the Civil Rights of 64' but an owner can say it's for a different reason and who's to argue. It will be a scene but in the end that "customer" will be escorted off the property from the instances I have seen. Here in Iowa those signs have no legal jurisdiction and the CCW holder can be asked to leave and if they don't or refuse then it's considered trespassing.I'm screwed anyways, my business is in the basement right now best and worst of both worlds I guess.

thats my point. no one who ccw's lawfully pushes the point. we abide and leave without argument. its never been tested all the way to the supreme court. racial discrimination has.

its just not in the nature of a typical ccw'er to fight to that extent. we have lives jobs and loved ones who depend on us. so it comes down to the reward not being worth the risk.

Maybe we should play the game like everyone else. Instead of a kiss-in a chic-fil-a we can have a carry-in at movie theaters. Lol

I already do that We can carry just about anywhere here, and the only sign I have seen is Chuck E Cheese, but they don't search you

you cant bar a person fom a business based on race sex or political opinions. a business cannot remove your inalienable rights just because they disagree with them. hang a sign on a door at walmart saying no blacks, democrats, muslims see how that goes.
A private business cannot discriminate based on sex, religion, race, etc. That's not to say that a businessowner looses all rights to require that business be transacted on his terms, for example no shoes or shirt...no service signs. They do not carry the weight of law, unless a state has a law requiring patrons wear shirts and shoes, but are enforceable as conditions of doing business. While I personally do not agree with, and would refuse to do business with, an establishment that posts no gun signs, I support their right to do so just as I supported Joey Vento's right to refuse service at his restaurant to anyone unwilling to order in English.

i ignore such things. 200$ is cheaper than losing my life or massive hospital bills and being out of work after being shot by a government sanctioned and approved mass murderer. unless a business provides armed security and metal detectors with a place to store my handgun im not leaving it behind.
wisconsin
there is no criminal or civil jeorpady attached to violating pro-murder signs in wisconsin just a fine on the same order as not picking up your dog's poop on the sidewalk. what you do is your own business
I want to move to WI...maybe I can convince the owner of my job to open a new store there...

Rigjumpr:
What state are those signs from? Doesn't seem logical on the first one because dirt bags don't have a permit. I guess if you DON'T have a permit you could carry on those premises???

Texas. First one is federal second is state. Both are enforced with jail time unless your robbing the place or committing a murder or six
