Default Michigan Cpl..

I handed my application in November 30th 2011 and FINALLY all the paperwork is in from the county sheriffs office. So my application will go through to the gun board on May 3rd and i should get my Cpl in the mail the following week. Im tired of open carry and cant wait for my licence to get here. Now to start looking at more pistols for my collection.

Wow! Mine took less than 2 weeks from application to county clerk to picking it up (Wexford County.)

Well not that im tired of it. Just that i have no other option to the way i carry. I have to make sure my shirt isnt covering my holster, when my oldladys not with me i have to put it unloaded locked in a case in the back of my truck. I know i will still open carry some. But the fact that i have to open carry is what gets me.

No the complete oppisite. We took the class together and she got her Cpl like two months ago. Just for me not having my Cpl yet in michigan my handgun has to be unloaded and locked in a case when im in a vehicle. She carrys her Glock on her about 99% of the time. But now mine was approved so i dont have to keep it locked in the back of my trunk. We go shooting together atleast once a week. Its good times when we go shooting together.
