Louisiana CCW
I was looking over the questions asked in the Louisiana CCW application, and it asks about dui convictions and the like. If my answer is yes, does that automatically disqualify me? Or they just wanna know the truth & its on a case by case basis???

You also need to check on the rules for a concealed carry license. In some states, an offense might not keep you from owning a handgun, but can keep you from carrying it.
In Texas, certain misdemeanors that are not on the 4473 form when you buy a pistol, can result in no license to carry. I don't know about Louisiana. |
