Maybe a Sig 938 or p290 or a Springfield XDS 9mm?

I'm trying to remember if there was anything else I took a close look at when I decided upon the Kahr, but IIRC, it pretty well came down between the Kahr and the Ruger.

I have a walther pps 9mm and a shield 9mm. Both really good guns. I really like the Kahr series of guns also. They do a good job for the ccw
Guns...

You should look into the Springfield xds .45, it's a great gun which I carry daily! Only downfall is the magazine capacity.

I would avoid the keltec like the plague. I had one and hated it. My wife has an LC9 and it was ok, but not my favorite. I would have to say that I like Kahr triggers. I had a CW9 and CW40. They feel good. I really wanted a M&P shield, so I switched to that. It's also a great CC option.

How small do you want to go? I have a Magnum Research Micro Desert Eagle I'm selling. Third smallest .380 auto in production today. PM me if interested.

My daughter and I have both owned the PF9. I still have mine. Both fired well, neither one had any failure to feed or eject problems, but both of them have a slide release that is unbelievably hard to work. She couldn't release hers without pulling back on the slide to take off some of the pressure.

I'm sure somebody somewhere will find something to complain about on the triggers, but I don't have a problem with it. It's a heck of a lot shorter than my old Sig P250 was. I couldn't stand that one.
