I will second that!
I guess there is another issue too! If you can not handle your weapon or your drinks decide which one you are going to dump! As 2004 stated this can be a bad combination. And with the liberal society we live in and the ambulance chasing attorneys who are out there. Even if you were in the right and have had a drink they will surly try to hang you up to dry because the poor dirt bag was stupid! Yes I must truthfully admit I have carried when I have had a drink but ultra common sense comes into play. And the last thing I would do unless it was a life or death situation would be to let anyone know I had it.

"Gun control is being able to hit your target twice." Jessie Ventura said in his book. I believe him.

Old thread I know but how is this even a question??? In the eyes of the law, drinking is drinking whether it's 1 drink or 10. In my eyes it's either one or the other...NEVER BOTH!!! I like a bit of the drop from time to time and when I imbibe my hardware is locked up tight, it's SIMPLE COMMON SENSE!!!

If you're gonna go out and have a few.....carry a knife. At least it's something. And make sure it's a knife that isn't your standard run of the mill pocket knife. When I go out I carry a SOG Trident tanto. It will do the damage.

I'm another who doesn't "go out drinking", nor do I stay home and do so. Not to say that I won't have the occaisional drink, but never to the point where I "feel" it!
Maybe with his pistol tucked in his waistband he'll end any worries about his contribution to the gene pool!!!

I like my SOG Pentagon, for Father's Day my kids ordered me a Cold Steel Spartan. Love the way it feels. Try and post a picture of it later.
